The GAA has partnered with Tickets.ie, Musgrave Retail Partners NI and CBE to enable GAA match tickets to be purchased in SuperValu and Centra stores in Northern Ireland.

The system was piloted in a number of Musgrave stores throughout 2011 and the success of the campaign has seen it rolled out to stores in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The stores in Northern Ireland that implemented the solution to date are:
SuperValu Coalisland, Co.Tyrone
McCabes SuperValu Newtownbutler, Co.Fermanagh
Downeys SuperValu Newry, Co.Down
SuperValu Dairyfarm, Belfast, Co.Antrim
Swift’s SuperValu Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh
SuperValu Downpatrick, Co.Down
Armstrong’s Centra Crossmaglen, Co.Armagh
Kavanagh’s SuperValu Waterloo Place, Co. Derry
Corry’s SuperValu Shantallow, Co. Derry

The new system will allow fans greater access to tickets and allow them to purchase tickets with much greater ease. As the solution is rolled out to more stores throughout the country, it offers retailers an opportunity to supply a valuable service to the local community.
