Dominic Feeney has been appointed CEO, while Gearóid Concannon moves into the role of Managing Director. This follows the retirement of Sean Kenna from the position of CEO; Sean will continue as an active member of the Boards of the Concannon Group of Companies.

Dominic Feeney has vast experience in all aspects of Retail IT. With an Honours Degree in Commerce from NUIG and a Post Grad in Systems Analysis, he started with CBE in 1993 and worked in various project and management roles before joining the Board as Systems Director in 1999. Having held the position of Managing Director for the past five years, Feeney has now been promoted to the position of CEO.

Gearóid Concannon joined CBE in 2008 following his graduation from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology with an Honors Degree in Software Development, graduating first in his class. Over the years he has held various project and management roles before being appointed to the Board in 2014. He has held the position of Group Director at CBE for the past three years and has now been promoted to the position of Managing Director.

Headquartered in Claremorris, Co. Mayo, CBE was founded by Gerard Concannon and his wife Catherine in 1980 and has grown to become one of the major Retail & Hospitality technology companies in Europe, employing over 190 people. CBE design and develop software applications for the supermarket, convenience, forecourt, hospitality & general retail sectors. CBE currently operate in 14 countries.
